fall recruitment
by: Freshman
So I will be a freshman in the fall and can't wait to rush!
But I just don't know that much about he whole process. Like is there a form online to fill out saying I'm interested in rushing or anything? Are there house previews. Sorry I'm so lost but any advice would be so helpful!

I think the girl above me means summer welcome not ROAR haha, last year they had an info session for us during that. Sign up time will be around the middle of July, follow mizzouPHA on social media if you want to keep up to date on when to register. And no, Mizzou doesn't do spring teas or anything like that, the first time you will interact with the houses is August.

This is the page you'll want to consult as you get ready for rush.
greeklife.missouri.edu/pha/recruitment/
It will update as the time moves closer. You will need to register on that website during the summer, usually between late May and June, and pay the $175 recruitment fees. Then you'll get a pamphlet in the mail along with information about recruitment and info on when you move in early.
Once you get to Mizzou you'll go register and check in for recruitment, no fee involved there, pick up your t-shirts, receive your Pi Chi group info and from there your Pi Chi's will handle all the questions you'll have. They're wonderful.
The most important thing is to keep checking that website and do NOT miss registration for recruitment. Remember, check like once a week between May - June to make sure you know when you can start registering.
Also, start cleaning up your social media right now. Remove pictures of you looking sloppy, or drinking, or anything or the sort. It will only help you out when you register and the actives stalk your social media. Get rid of anything that you think would portray you in a bad light. It's a good habit to get into anyway.
Andddddd good luck! You'll have loads of fun <3

the above is the most important part of this whole discussion topic. Too many people that arent students here giving opinions / rankings. Go through the process, follow your heart and be honest and real. You'll be fine. See you in the fall.
