frat ranks (tiers)

So far this semester
Top:Sig chi, phi kapp, beta (in no order)
Middle:pike, sig ep, DTD
Lower middle: DU, lambdha, sig nu
Irrelevant: farmhouse,fiji, agro, sig pi , beta sig... And the rest are just kinda awkward no offense to anone at all!!

Non bias just my opinions. I took into acount socials,looks,house structure,personality, and philanthropy and formals

Betas are rich mama boys. Phi kaps actually know how to throw decent partys and have two huge social rooms. Sorry they dont invite the low sororitys over sweetie lol. Exclusive to the best, and beta guys are rich nerds. Its all about sig chi and phi kapp... Beta is weak. Just rich alumni.

Switch Sig Nu and FIJI and this is pretty spot on

Maybe switch Phi Kapp and Pike too
