no lathrop or laws for freshman next year
by: WowLooks like all the PNM's will be dying to live in the newly rebuilt Jones next school year because Mizzou is not going to use Lathrop and Laws because there aren't enough freshman to utilize them.

Long-range planning from as far back as 2012 call for them to be closed and replaced as part of a campuswide $92 million campus upgrade. They are among the oldest dorms, dating to the late 1960s, I believe, with no real architectural integrity. So, sorry Troll, you'll have to find something else to hate on.

Housing site says laws closes Dec 2016-same for Lathrop following year.But the FIG lists still aren't out and the website says "March". Less than a month til ROAR. I don't think I will have as much double getting a rooms my sister in class 2018.

I work for Residential Life and just received an email today about it. If I was trolling I'd wouldn't be talking about this I'd be saying something rude about ADPi. It also takes time for Mizzou to update websites, the decrease in enrollment was not anticipated at the time

Thank you OP-I have been concerned that the fig lists still aren't out and I figured low enrollment might be the reason. I for one wouldn't choose an unrenovated dorm-my brother lived in a sh-thole when he was here 10yrs ago. Hopefully it won't be too hard to roar like my sisters year. She had first time and all her first choices were gone in 5minutes, presumably taken by upper classmen.
