I agree the tiers are shifting slightly, but it takes awhile to truly evolve. My take (in order):
Top - PiPhi, XO, Theta, AXO, TriDelt
Middle - ADPi, GPhi, Kappa, DG, KD
Bottom - Zeta, APhi, SK, PhiMu, Sigma
And, yes, I DO go to school here. I am not an alum. I am not delusional. I base this purely on the pride people have in their house and their letters and the strength of sisterhood.

Although I do think these ranks are accurate, you didn't base these off of who has the strongest sisterhood or who has the most pride in their house because this list would look a lot different. Although you put more emphasis on grades with theta being top and APhi being bottom, it's still very similar to every list.

Looky here everyone! The troll had moved on now to start attacking axo! She commented on another thread saying that axo was the house attacking everyone. Really? REALLY? How stupid do you think we are? You keep moving from house to house hoping to get a rise out of someone to discredit their house. Get over yourself, stop trying to stir the pot and get a life.
