Zeta did what you 2 didn't. It's that simple. They out recruited both your houses the past 2 years. They have fun, pretty, and social women, and people think of them as a mid tier house. You guys constantly sit on this site posting "good job you're so close to mid tier" - sorry but things have changed.Get with the program

And I know some great girls in this house, it's really too bad they keep rushing those rotten eggs that give the whole house a bad name

There are certain houses that have been on your side fighting for you that are suddenly not hearing nice things from you around campus. There's a reason everyone sees you as bottom tier - lack of classiness and loyalty. Linda makes sense why a ton of girls drop your house first semester. Better start healing your relationships now is the only advice I can give you.
