I have met many MU sigmas, every one of them seem to be the most concerned about their sisterhood and friendship and gaining real freinds rather than the fake friend title that usually comes with a sorority title, so what they might have a few quirky girls but I think that makes them diverse and funny, rather than shy and stuck with social sigma, they are always there for each other

The first girl that made friends with me my freshman semester was a Trisig, she showed me that Greek life isn't just about being fake and superficial. All of her sisters always invite me to go out with them.

Very diverse group of girls in a great way! I have gone to a few of their socials and they are really fun! May not be top tier but they are still kind of a new sorority and they always have their heads up. Every girl I have met in their 2012 pledge class is really sweet and down to earth. A group of real girls not concerned with being materialistic and fake.

Although being usually overlooked, sigma is a house full of nice girls. They don't throw as many events as most houses, but I've been invited to some of their get togethers and they seen down to earth and cool. They're also one of the more diverse houses on campus. The fact that they recruit more during COB than rush shows that they're a laid back house and girls like them better once they get to know the members more so than in the chaos of rush.

less than classy. cursing girls out at the bars and stating that you are better than them because you are a trisigma isn't helping you move from your terrible social stigma. Also the girls I knew that joined dropped because it was too hard to fit in, girls weren't friendly, and it was clicky in their words

I have heard certain girls from certain sororities say negative things about Sigma Kappa, and other houses, and I've seen girls IN LETTERS writing on this site negative things about SK and other houses. I won't call them out, but I will tell you it is not TriSig. Actually, the girls I am friends with - the ones I know are fun, pretty, and out being social. The same thing is happening to SK that happened to Trisig when they colonized. And it's being done by the same houses.

you actually met a MU sigma? People sometimes get confused with the Stephen's college Sigma chapter. They're supposedly a good chapter there but at MU they're a bottom two house in every aspect. They had some good potential girls but they either graduated or dropped, hence the low number PC class this year and they're membership is well under average for campus. I can't say that what they lack in grades, retention, and involvement is made up by their winning personalities or good looks either...

When I was researching sororities at Mizzou I really liked what I saw from their website. Even though I ended up going to a different chapter, I really liked the girls I met. I don't know why these girls keep getting put down. They were some of the nicest ladies and are really trying hard at the things they attempt.

I dont understand why they get so many HORRIBLE ratings? I dont know all of them but the few that i have met and talked to are good looking, nice, REAL girls. I guess some people on here just have their own personal issues..
