on what you're looking for, I guess - I'd rather hang out with the classy phi mu's than some of the questionable zeta girls I've met

the only difference between zeta and phi mu is that phi mu has class, and zetas are more social and more attractive. Unfortunately for phi mu, our rank system is heavily based on looks. sry phi mu :(

I am friends with quite a few zetas and I'm in a different chapter.. I've never actually even met a phi mu and rarely see them on campus.. Just saying. I felt awkward during rush and just don't see them well anywhere. Nothin against them just saying my opinion.

be a phi mu than a zeta any day - at least phi mu's are classy and are actually friends with girls in other chapters

honestly they have no where to go but up. being the bottom house for decades would really be a buzz kill. now that sigma moved to number 14 and sigma kappa coming to campus phi mu will still be bottom three because zeta will be bumped up, but at least they're not the worst anymore. and I rather be number 13 than 15.

they're moving up. i've seen some cute girls from this house and actually met a few while out at frat (never met a phi mu while out before then). they were sweet girls that know how to have fun, and they keep it together. unlike other houses...

I know several girls from Phi Mu from my dorm freshman year (and other Phi Mu's through them as well as from my major). For your information, "when," they have gotten better with grades (compare their grades last year to this year). They certainly seem to be getting cuter girls in their pledge class, and the ones I know are certainly all nice. As to "involvement," ; I guess that depends on your definition. Their girls are apparently involved in a lot of activities outside Greektown. Are they top tier? No. Are they getting a better rep? Yes.

you say "up and coming" does that mean since you passed sigma this year for the 13th spot that makes you a good house? omg, get better grades, get involved, get a better retention rate, then we'll talk. not to mention cute girls, you need those to keep moving up! if not you'll be stuck down there with sigma.
