house is a joke and so small. theta chis think they’re so cool and a top house but that’s all false. guys in the house take advantage of girls frequently.

I know a lot of the older guys and they're always having a good time! I don't know much about their younger classes but Ive heard good things about them from my younger sisters. The best tailgates!

Definitely a social house to say the least. Not really sure where they stand in the hierarchy but frim my perspective they’ve always been nice to me and usually have something going on

the guys were cooler than most but the house was pretty janky so I ended up signing a different house. Personally I couldn't see myself living there, even though it was half the cost of what it's going to be where I ended up signing. Seemed like an upper mid tier house to me but I didn't rush the houses regarded as "lower middle" to tell for sure but I feel like it was pretty easy to tell they weren't weridos.
