Phi Kapp's old house makes them solid middle tier. Very involved, good academics but some of their older guys are pretty weird

New house, good grades and always places well in Homeconing and Greek Week. Honestly I’m kinda shocked they were probably bottom 3 my freshman year and turned it around to be very solidly middle of the pack. Phi Kapp could maybe push them up even more. Good for them

Every review on here is a little all over the place. They are bottom middle tier in a house they need to get out of. They are super involved and nice guys but they have run into the problem of just giving bids to everyone. This helps them grow but also makes them have a good amount of weird guys in their ranks. Need a strong pledge class full of cool guys extremely bad!

Have improved on grades every year and finished second in Homecoming. Need a new house to really take off. Definitely on the rise. It will be interesting to see where they are four years from now.

They’re a bottom house. It’s not solely because their physical house sucks or because their parties suck. Mainly because guys aren’t great looking and they also aren’t nice! They act like they are much superior than they are.

Second in homecoming, top ten in grades, third in Greek week, no conduct violations (one of the three houses on campus), locked into Phi Kapp’s for the next four years while they build a brand new one. They are not top 5 or anything but the disrespect TKE gets on this site is unreal. “If you can’t go Greek go TKE” saying definitly does not apply and sayings like this are a result of being the largest fraternity in the nation.
