For a frat that just got their house back, they're doing surprising well! Great group of guys, not creepy, and very respectful. I'd say give them a chance

Will soon be at the top

Definitely picking things up fast, they had a solid group last year while off campus. The new group of pledges are pretty random but it works. All friendly guys and the parties are fun. Looks like some actives don't show up at the parties though as there are very few guys present. Keep it up boys

Great group of gentlemen that know how to treat a woman

Although they just got their house back, they are quockly making a name for themselves. They've got great guys and great parties.

Bottom of the barrel

I'm friends with a few of them and they're really great guys and their parties are always fun. Getting their own house will really help them out this year. Keep improving boys!

Some of these guys are just cute but the majority of them are kind of nerdy... the kind of guys that didn't get a bid anywhere else. And they don't hold up to their motto of being "True Gentleman" which is sad, because there's not very many of them. I'd say not a lot of people know about them but they are trying because they participate a lot around campus. If you have a choice, pick a different chapter.
