Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 1.2 They have sort of fallen to the bottom of the mid tier. A far cry from what they used to be. Not sure what happened.The housing update really has not helped at all. I think the need a recruiting overhaul to really change things. They are largely invinsible on campus. I guess that is better than some house that do much worse but they have a long way to go to be relavant.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 1.0 Don’t fall for this rush trap. Phi PSi is a mid tier at best, maybe even lower tier. House is sort of cool house but is so far away and members are pretty uninvolved. Rush a more consistent house if you have options.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 4.4 These guys have really made a name in the past year, all phi psis I know are super nice and fun. Their new house will be the place to be for gamedays and could be a top house after next fall. They also have a ton of connections.

The construction upgrade on the house looks promising but holy cow talk about irrelevant. Also a bunch of self ranking going on
