Delta Chi is one of those middle of the pack runner-up houses...not at the bottom of the barrel but it just lacks a Mizzou tradition and doesn't have the history and prominence (and it's own house) to be top tier.

Delta Chi is a good house when it comes to the sorta in the middle of the pack runner-up houses. It just doesn't have the history and prominence (and it's own house) to be top tier.

It's been said before: There are some really nice guys in this house, but there's nothing really outstanding about it. It's definitely not bad but just pretty run-of-the-mill. And there's just some sort of unfortunate stigma about always having to rent a house from a fraternity that's had bad luck.

Delta Chi? Think Delta Tau Delta wannabes - and pathetic that anyone would wannabe like DTD. When they have to move - again - when SigChi comes back, maybe they can rent the DTD house as those guys will probably be kicked-off campus one of these days soon.

Omg, this is so obviously stated like, and written by, a DChi. I mean how obvious can a self-rank be? A laughably ludicrous post!

This self-rank reads like standard bs that is found on every single fraternity's national/international headquarters website. Not a thing unique about this self-rank!

DChi needs to get a house that actually belongs to it and then maybe it might have a chance to be the dream guys of GPhi, TriDelt, and DG (or any other sorority for that matter). And like a few other fraternities, it's just too new on campus and lacking of a significant historical presence to be considered prominent and maybe attain top-tier status. But right now, definitely not top tier and the talk of the campus!

LOVE these boys...the only house that matters at Mizzou. All my GPHI sorority sisters can think about is when the next Delt Chi party is. Top tier boys with top tier house, academics, looks, involvement, and the talk of Greek town. If you’re a tri delt, GPhi, or DG, this is where you’ll be. We call Delt Chi the kings of frat row

DChi constantly self ranks. There is potential for it to be a good house; but it will take a few more years before it can actually be considered anywhere near top. Middle of mid tier is where DChi stands.

They are really big wannabe's on campus, need a house to call their own to have half a chance to move up tiers.
