That's weak. The new guys have nothing to do with them. You're either in another geed-y frat and feeling insecure or a Sigma still bitter about the 2009 Homecoming disaster. And why would those guys need a house? There's only 20 of them right now. Stop being so bitter and worry about your own bottom tier house.
