I have a lot of friends in Pi phi and love them all. I don't get all of you people saying they're great at recruitment but that's it. They're good at recruitment because they have great girls!! How can a house get good girls without good girls recruiting them?! It's logic. It's not like they're tricking people. Seesh.

seniors have the leadership skills, but that might fall off in the next couple years. They recruited the juniors who are their best looking pledge class and a good mix of girls. their sophs are all about partying, which we know does not describe axo. headed in the wrong direction??

I think everyone basically agrees that Pi Phi is phenomenal during recruitment, and is way better than a lot of the other houses but all in all they're just straight up average with a lot of diversity.
