tattoos/piercings

I'm in an old row sorority and we have a few girls with tattoos. Nothing large or obvious. My roommate is also in an old row sorority with a tattoo. I recommend not wearing the extra piercings during rush.

My motto is: If you have to ask if it's inappropriate, you probably shouldn't do it/have it DURING rush.

Think of rush as a job interview. Put your best foot forward. Some recruiters may not care if you have a tattoo/piercing, some recruiters may find it disrespectful or distasteful. Don't take that risk, you'll want to have all of your options open.

And like any employment its harder to "fire" someone after they have the "job". So once your initiated or get your bid, pop that piercing back in, expose those tattoos.

No one really cares as far as I've seen. And tbh do you really want to be in a sorority with that kind of outlook on you? Just keep it classy and as long as you're not rocking a full sleeve with a hoop nose ring you should be fine
