rush
by: SophomoreSo I'm old for my grade, while everyone in my grade will be turning 20 this academic year, I'll be turning 21 in September. I just transferred to UA and want to join a fraternity. I get that there would be an obvious age difference, but how would houses look at this? Don't really know what I'm supposed to do.

This might sound a little ridiculous, but I'm from New Jersey and at my old school there was houses that wouldn't take out of state students. Is that something to worry about here? Are certain houses focused on southern kids vs northern kids or does it not matter?

It's not really a problem for most if not all of the houses. Register for recruitment on alabamaifc.com and get in touch with rush chairs to see when events are happening
