what to expect coming from north greek life

I am transferring from a northern university and am currently a member of a sorority that your university also hosts. Here, we are a top tier sorority although I'm not expecting that to be the same at UA since southern Greek life is an entirely different world. My question is (specific sorority aside), how difficult would it be to affiliate with your chapter of my sorority?
