bralettes?

Would a spaghetti strap dress with a bralette be appropriate or should I just stay away from spaghetti strap and bralettes all together during rush?

no bralettes, but spaghetti straps with a strapless bra would be fine

Just leave spaghetti straps at home for rush. One less thing to worry about.

95% of pnms wear spaghetti straps so I don't really know what you're talking about.

Spaghetti straps are completely okay for recruitment. It'll be hot so you definitely don't want to wear something heavy with sleeves. However, bralettes, while really cute, are also very casual. I would stay away from those for sure.
