by: PNMi realized a bunch of houses are getting rebuilt and i wonder if that will increase sorority fees, i heard that some girls pay like 7,000 a semester and they dont live in the house. is this true?

Not true. That's ONLY true if a girl lives in the sorority house. Sororities are not allowed to increase the fees too much. If they do, they would only increase maybe $100 per semester. They can't just change them drastically, they go up a little bit at a time.
I think the most you will pay without living in the house is $4500 per semester.
