I worked closely with a sorority philanthropy during volunteering. Will it hurt me if that's listed on my resume? Will it help me with said sorority though?

I don't know if it will help you with said sorority or not but t definitely won't hurt you with the other sororities! It's good to have any volunteering on your resume!
