I think chi o will really push that they're not on probation and talk a lot about swaps and stuff. I think the top tier girls will probably go somewhere else so maybe they won't have the prettiest or most involved pledge class. I do think they'll still have standards though and won't take any girls who are risky. So still pretty good pnms but maybe not quite as good as they have been.

I think their rush will be fine. I definitely think that probation and their rep for the last year will hurt them a bit, but they seem to have good strategies when it comes to getting girls. They're also one of the largest organizations with the most legacies, so if anything they will pull their good legacies. Chi o is notorious for getting great pledge classes that do not mix well together. They rush the richest girls from the best areas and it always comes back to bite them when tons of members drop for not fitting in. Hopefully they can see past this issue, because its a big one for sure, especially for my friends in xo.
