1. They had a party the night before bid day inviting several pnms who they "thought" would get a KD bid, only to find out the next morning the poor pnm was not given a bid from KD. All these pnms drank and actives wrote KD in sharpies all over their face. I'm sure you can imagine how upset that pnm was to open up her bid and not see KD, after she had just partied with all of what she thought were her new sorority sisters
2. The pnm contact date was mid December. They broke this rule and had hometown Christmas parties long before the date. They also sent out Halloween cards which was extremely illegal, since cards couldn't be sent out til mid December.
They did some horrible horrible things. And now they're paying the price for it.

In term of Panhellenic rules, they are considered horrible horrible things. If Panhellenic had fined them for every single violation it would've been close to $100,000, which is why they're on social probation for a while
