IN ALL HONESTY if i dont have a reccomendation letter for every single sorority are my chances of joining being hurt? Like how important are these things anyways because i know of some people who didnt have any and still joined old row sorority

If a sorority absolutely falls in love with you, it's not big deal. But if you don't make that amazing first impression, it's likely you could get cut the first two rounds, only because it makes it easy for sororities to cut girls who they have no information on.

So if we get through the first two rounds at a house that we didn't have a rec for, can we assume that we've made a good impression? During skit and beyond, how much do the rec letters make a difference?

I would say if you made it to skit you made a good impression. They still could drop you after skit, but usually the biggest cut day for every sorority is from philanthropy to skit round

it is very important. Lots of sororities cut first round if you don't have a rec so try to get as many as possible
