most welcoming for oos

What are the top houses for OOS pnms that want to feel welcome, fit in with girls from all over, be active and social, academic, etc., want to be sisters with Southern girls too, but also don't want to just watch a bunch of girls that are homegrown treat me like an outsider. Looking like PiPhi, ADPi, Zeta, Theta, AOPi. Is that about right? If any old row, it might be AXO and Kappa?

Spot on with the old row houses. I would say the new row might be more xo definitely not kappa.

theta, aopi, adpi and piphi would be good! zetas are pretty stuck up.. kappa is also great too my roommate is a kappa and she's from california. axo has a lot of religious girls, but not all of them are.
