Does anyone know which sororities each of the fraternities usually hang out with???

Whoever you want to hang out with. It's not a set thing. You and your friends just have to make the effort to meet them and hang with them.

no frats have a one set sorority they hang out with. and it changes with each pledge class anyway

Every fraternity has multiple sororities they "hang out" with. Like dke hangs out with kappa, KD, and xo. Phi gam hangs out with ddd, AXO, and agd. It also does vary from PC to pc. So some older phi mus might hang out with SNU but this years PC hangs out with theta chi (random example i don't actually know).
