No both zeta and gamma phi have been torn down. As for the new house, everything was covered under insurance and the furniture will be delivered as planned.

Plenty of us know girls in EVERY house who like to shoplift their clothes even when they can afford it - lets remember that just because those girls are our "sisters" doesn't mean they reflect an entire org's moral values. This is ONE stupid alum, it says nothing about their organziation as a whole.
As for people saying that they are out the money, they aren't. Companies that manage accounts such as this have insurance policies, for EXACTLY this reason. Like medical malpractice, an accounting company has to have malpractice backup, too, so in case fraud does happen, their clients aren't out the $$$. So please stop saying that Gamma Phi is out their furniture, absolutely untrue.

I would doubt they were planning on moving in the furniture before rush anyway, most houses stuff most of theirs in the back rooms until bid day
