I'm not from the south so I have never heard the term old or new row. Was just wanting to know what it meant

just bumped 2 threads that sort of say what it is. But I did have to scroll 20-30 pages to get to them, surprisingly. I started looking thinking that there would be one in the first few pages but there wasn't.
