latin girls
by: Bama19Are there any houses that have more latinas than others? I am latin from florida and wondering where they have found homes usually? Nobody from my high school has gone to alabama in several years so i dont have a connection to inquire about. On social meadia it looks like zeta has more spanish girls but cant really tell. Any feedback?

It's not a stupid question, what' strong with you? With how "traditional" Alabama is, it's reasonable to think that being "different" may be a disadvantage. While I would say some more Old Row traditional sororities might be more wary, as long as you have good recs, grades, and experiences then you should be fine. New Row sororities with more open-minded girls would probably be the most open, naturally.

Does all that lean toward latinas from florida being new row unless unusual connections-- causw we dont have all the in-house stuff?

Realistically, yes. New row usually have more Spanish girls than old row but every person is different. Without actives or alums to vouch for your reputation, there is a risk there they can afford to pass on. i think you will find more Spanish (almost always oos) new row. Phi mu comes to mind as old row that may have some girls you may connect with from south Florida. Zeta and pi phi new row.
