What are the differences between dz, theta, aoii, gphi, and dg?

I know girls in all those houses and the houses are very similar.

All of them from what I've seen seem to have really good sisterhoods. They're not top tier but honestly if you can look past the shallow tier system you can't go wrong with any of these houses.

Honestly, there is not much difference among any of them, nor among any of the other 12 NPC groups - yes, even SDT.
They all have similar events, do similar things.

DZ is the best of them if you like to party. AOII is the best of them if you want grades/involvement. Hate to say it but they are all bottom 5 houses.

DZ sends these daily newsletters out to the chapter and on one of their "total freshman move" columns they sent a picture of a very well known girl walking out of a dorm shacking... Not classy at all.
