Every new row house is open to northern girls. old row not so much unless you have connections in house or some sort of awesome package (like absolutely gorge, totally fun, excellent personality, great clothes, money, big time recs). old row considers places like Ohio about as far north as they would go. By "north" I assume you mean Northeast and Chicagoland, rather than northern California or Pacific Northwest. Very few Pacific NW girls around but northern California girls are not considered "northern" by most houses. They are just Californians.
