Why don't they have a house?

Yeah they aren't selective! If you're pretty, you're in. But they don't have a house this year because they are rebuilding and there were no swing houses available for them. They are rushing out of the stadium. I loved zeta when I came through and they put on an amazing rush, but I'm not too sure how their rush will be this year

I think their options were to wait until phi mu and kappa are done with their new houses and move into a swing house (which would be like 2017) or go ahead and build and just not have a house for a year. The chose the latter.

It's just temporary. They're building their new house. Next year they'll be rushing out of a gorgeous, brand-new house.

Regardless, they won't have a house this year and that matters to the girls rushing now.. I spent my entire freshman year at my house. Did my homework there, ate, was there from 8-10PM on weekdays. It's gonna take a toll on their newest pledge class

It will take a toll. The lack of information out there about their plans only fuels negative speculation. They should be more proactive. But, then again, nobody really will focus on this until actual recruitment and I expect they will have a good story to gell to minimize the adverse impact on their pledge class. It certainly puts a premium on their development of relationships with the PNMs during recruiting. They have a real job to do.

But then what happens when they lie about what their plans are? They're just going to end up with a bunch of empty spots and having to COB almost 30 girls again

Who is in the swing house on the corner by the KD house?? Is it KD? The house that AGD Chi O and KD have previously been in temporarily?

Is KD building their new house right behind their old one? If so, is the old one still there? And when is their new one supposed to be ready? Thanks!!

KD was in it this past year. Kappa will be in it this coming year. KD tore their old house down and built on the property where their new house currently is. They should be rushing out of their new house in the fall.
