During recruitment do sorority girls know which sorority you would probably fit in, even though it isn't their own house?

They might have an idea depending on your recs/resumes! I can tell just by looking at a girls Facebook page where she would fit in best.

Why don't you just save us all some trouble and just get all the resumes and assign the PNMs. That way we'd get another couple of weeks of vacation and not have to do recruitment!

I mean, you can kind of guess based off what you know about pnms, but then again, you don't really know them. You only know what they want you to know based off of social media, recs, etc.
