clothes for rush

I'm shopping for all of my rush clothes and one of the dresses I was thinking about wearing for ice water teas is white. I've heard that this is a big no for preference but is it okay for the rest of rush? Also how do you feel about strapless dresses if they fit and the girl isn't pulling them up all day? Or should we just steer clear of them all together? Thank you!

No strapless dresses! White is okay-ish, I personally wouldn't mind, but know that it might rain and white shows sweat stains really easily.
