what are some tips for pnm's that are not the typical "be yourself" and "keep an open mind" mantras?

I understand that both being yourself and keeping an open mind are completely essential for a successful recruitment week, but i think it would be really helpful if current sorority members could give us pnm's their personal tips for recruitment that they learned while in our shoes.
