You got any kind of professional senior pictures taken with a photographer for the yearbook or something like that, just use one of those. If not you could use a senior composite pic, or even a cute pic from Instagram if it doesn't have a weird filter. The only thing that matters is that it looks like you will when you rush (so if you're planning to cut/dye your hair, get contacts, etc, then wait and take a new pic afterwards to send in)

For the love of God, PLEASE send in a picture that actually looks like you--not some super photoshopped picture from 4 years ago where your hair is a completely different color. We use these pictures so we can find you during recruitment and if you don't look anything like your picture, it's extremely hard for your girl to find you and that girl is assigned to you for a reason, more than likely because you guys will get along well.

wear one of your boyfriends old jock straps. Plus a tear-away jersey (half shirt). You should be good to go.
