I am an incoming freshman girl, I was curious to which fraternity has the cool laid back guys that are athletic and treat girls with respect.I like boys from the mid- West or California? I am not really into southern guys.

Look at the bigger new row houses for these guys. Probably OX, Pike, Sigma Chi and Pi Kapp. They all have Southern kids too but I know Cali and midwest kids in all of em
