So I won't be coming to UA until spring semester and am interested in joining a fraternity. Does UA have a spring rush, and are all houses included?

None of the big fraternities have done spring rush for a while though

A good amount of fraternities will have spring rush, some will not. Regardless it is a good way to see your options and meet some people who might be in a fraternity and then hang out with them.
