by: AlabamaThe fact that zeta didn't give a bid to one overweight girl in their pledge class last fall really shows their true colors. Yes we know you had to take a COB that was a little bigger, but that's just cause you got so much hate in the fall. Looks aren't everything.

Everybody COBs occasionally. Top houses usually already have someone picked out to bid.

Not everyone COBs. The only time any of the top houses COB'd was in spring of 2014 after the race scandal and EVERYONE was required to by the university.

I hate to break it to you, but many "top" houses have participated in COB. Go back and look at the spring grade reports for previous years and you will see that nearly every house takes a few in the spring.

Zeta and A Phi are the two houses that I think evaluate girls solely on looks.. The girls in those houses are ones that couldn't do any better because of reputations. grades, no other options, etc. But I wouldn't think Zeta was any worse than A Phi. All in all, though, I can't imagine that they have anything in common or any degree of sisterhood.

And they don't even tried to hide it either.. TWO of my roommates had around a 4.0 gpa and both houses cut them first round. They didn't care, they both ended up in houses with a great gpa, but it's like they don't even care that they're about to break a record for lowest gpa ever.

Not hating on them, just observing that different groups have different priorities. If you are trying to get into med school you might not enjoy being in Zeta. If you are trying to get in Girls of the SEC you might not enjoy XO. It's about preferences.
