Alot of stuff for girls on here so i figure i might as well try and help the guys out!!
Order in tiers doesnt matter and you can shuffle houses around a few spots to fit each persons preference.

Top:
Upper Top: SAE, KA, DKE
Lower Top: Fiji, Phi Delt, Sigma Chi, Theta Chi

Mid:
Upper Mid: Pike, SN, Kappa Sig
Lower Mid: ATO, Lambda, Pi Kapp, Delta Chi

This is just my opinion! Been here 4 years and i dont agree with alot of things some people put up but only because everyone has their own opinions!!

Maybe switch Phi Delt and Sigma Chi with Pike and SN, then your list can be taken seriously. Phi Delt and especially Sigma Chi have no reason to be ranked ahead of those two.

Personally id put pike and sigma nu lower. Sigma chi can move down as well.

I like these but id put Pike in the next row above and Kappa Sig as well.
Move "phi gamm" down and move theta chi down.

Phi Delt can stay, but Phi Gamma Delta or commonly known at other colleges and universities as Fiji, can certainly move down

It's like a Kappa Sig wrote this list and they must be trolling with all the comments saying they should move up. Switch Phi Delt and Sigma Chi with Pike and Sigma Nu, and then switch Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi with Pi Kapp and ATO.

kappa sig is fine where they are definitely not good enough to move up yet. SN and Pike might need to move down a level or 2.
ATO and Pi Kapp definitely need to move up..
