snap bid means you don't make "quota" which means you don't have enough girls pledge your sorority, so you have to do snap bids..pretty much what it sounds like...bid at last minute to a random girl without a bid.

Kappa Delta only pledged 6 girls from GA in 2011 - 3 of these came from Athens, Macon and Savannah. See U of A published bid lists
