A girls perspective, this is accurate. From a guys perspective (as listed above), it is not. Girls include factors such as campus involvement, sisterhood, GPA. Boys include how easy it is to get someone in bed and how pretty they are.

I'd go Gamma Phi or Theta over Zeta if those were the only choices I had. Any day.

Theta over Zeta, I could agree with for down to earth girls. Not sure anybody would pref GPhi over anything except maybe APhi.

For what it is worth, theta is better than most posters on here indicate.

Personally think this is 100% accurate, but the divide between ADPi and Zeta/PiPhi is bigger than implied, even though I love myself some ADPis.

I don't really see how you could argue KD or Kappa above any of the other old row houses, even if you are a guy neither of them are quite as good. Yes AXO can be boring, but they're take-home-to-mom material.
