They will have a rough year until they can move into a swing house. Not having a house will hurt them for rush, but luckily, they seem to have a strong enough hold to let it hurt them too bad. As for food, I doubt they will have any--maybe a meal before chapter once a week, which is what DG did when they didn't have a house, but I highly doubt they will have anywhere else to eat other than dining halls. And fraternities just aren't big enough or well equipped to host "dinner swaps" now that our sororities are so big.

I believe the first one available will be after Phi Mu completes their new house, which will probably be close to 2 years from now.

The new gphi house was supposed to be open last semester, but that didn't happen. Now, they'll be lucky to be completely done before recruitment. Most houses have delays.

I doubt that. Frat houses and budgets aren't big enough to host! But ZTA will be fine. It can be done, and well.
