When do I start getting in contact with fraternities if I want to go old row or new row?

If in state, too late. If oos you need to be ramping up I think

NOW, dummy. You should have done it in January, you might have gotten some invitations to spring parties. They'll keep partying all summer, but for Old Row it's all pretty much set by Aug. 1. New Row, you still got a chance.
