how strict are the frats?

Im transferring from a small liberal arts college where greek life isnt big. Just wondering how open frat parties are? At most schools I have heard of they are open to all girls at midnight, and earlier if the girls are friends with brothers.

Girls can walk into fraternity parties with no problem. If a guy wants to go to a party and he isn't an active, he will have to know one of the guys in the house.
