OKAY HELP! Do I mail my rush packet to the letter of rec writer, even if I dont have letters of support for this house.
What if this person submits the rec form online then does she still mail my packet in????

We don't do letters of support here. You send the packet to your rec writers, and they send them to the physical house or submit them online. No more than one from a rec writer is necessary.
