Don't rely on spring Rush. There is not such thing as a real spring rush, only COB. Stay with a friend a few nights or even in a hotel if you have to. If you haven't already, call the leasing office for your apartment and explain the situation and see if you can move in early.

You stay in a hotel. Your parents can arrange it.
Most apartment complexes won't let you move in early.
