In-state rushees mostly rush old row. Then when they get sluffed off without a bid they pledge Phi Delt.

The rented mule of the red headed stepchild of old row. They've become pretty decent the last couple years though. They were so far in the basement for 20-30 years that they were only worth mentioning because they were old row and a Machine chapter.

If you can't get an old row bid, go Phi Delt or new row.

I'm not sure Phi Gam or Sigma Nu is particularly better than the top couple houses on new row either.

Have been the worst old row for a while now but their pledge classes seem to be better now or at least Since I've been at school
