OOS newboy, listen up. Contact the rush chair and get down for rush events before July as you'll know if you fit and if they fit with you. Sometimes a house looks different up close than in a virtual tour. That way you have time to adjust your plan and land on your feet. Also, late in rush some houses are tapped out numbers wise and have no bids left to drudge up. Was all set on a top house a few years back, then I met them.
