Are actives allowed to add/follow PNM's on social media after May 1st or is that against the no contact rule?

Against. Although it happens anyway. If an active tries to contact you, just ignore it, or say thanks but you don't want anyone to get in trouble.

They can look at social media but not contact pnms.
