It means they are sponsored by Budweiser and have maybe one more party a year due to Budweiser, with the other old row sororities and fraternities. The sororities that aren't apart of it arent because their nationals are strict and don't want their sorority associated with a alcohol company.

Old Row actually refers to the fraternities that were located along University Boulevard. They were the oldest fraternities at the University of Alabama. As the Greek system grew, the newer fraternities built houses on land located behind the current SAE house. The houses located in that area are New Row houses. Sororities were never Old Row or New Row until a beer company recruited a group of organizations and sponsored an "Old Row" party.
In the past three sororities were referred to as "First Circle," they were KD, DDD, and AGD. It reflected their location on sorority row.

Old row does not mean the oldest sororities. ADPi and ZTA were the second and third houses on campus and they're not considered Old Row.
